How to Use Caption Interactivity:
Instead of suggesting that viewers visit your website, you can take them there instantly with an Interactive caption linked to your URL. Let your clients can send you an e-mail by simply clicking on certain captions in your show. You can even create a caption that will launch another program when clicked! Take your text even further by specifying actions that take place when users click on a caption. It’s so easy to create Interactive Captions that you’ll be using them like a pro in no time!
How to Apply Caption Interactivity:
- In the Slide List, double-click on the slide containing you would like to add a caption with caption interactivity to.
- In the Slide Options dialog, click < Captions >.
- In Captions options, click the green < Add > button to add a new caption. Enter the caption text in the text box.
- Customize the caption as desired.
- In the Caption Interactivity section, select an Action from the drop-down menu.
- If a destination is required, enter it in the Destination field. Examples of destinations include URLs, e-mail addresses and slide numbers.
