We encourage you to try the software before purchasing. You can download a free evaluation copy from
our downloads section.
Photodex software cannot be purchased in stores. Our software is only available for purchase directly from Photodex.
Legal copies of Photodex software are not sold on 3rd party sites, including Ebay. Photodex does not sell through resellers online because we cannot guarantee the quality of service.
Additionally, legal copies of Photodex software are never sold through sites like Ebay. If you purchase a copy through Ebay, it is NOT a legal copy. If you purchase through Ebay,
you may not be able to get product support, upgrade pricing, or the ability to purchase product add-ons like StylePacks.
Delivery Times
To ensure order accuracy and protect against fraud, Photodex has an actual human review each order. While this does add a slight delay in the delivery of your order, we feel that this step is necessary to protect our customers.
Electronic Delivery - Registration Keys
Registration keys are delivered via email to the address you provide on the order form. Orders placed during business hours (7 days a week, 8AM - 6PM CST) should be processed quickly. Orders placed after business hours may take until the following business day.
Physical Delivery - Boxes, Books and Discs
For orders that require physical delivery (boxes, discs, books, etc),
please allow 7-14 days for delivery.
Online Ordering Safety
The Photodex online store uses industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card and other personal information. Your browser should indicate a secure connection by displaying a padlock, or similar icon, and the URL in the address bar will begin with "https" instead of "http".
Problems with an Order
Please contact us regarding any problems with your order. Your order may be delayed for any of the following reasons:
- You did not provide correct name, address and contact information in your order.
- We encountered a problem with your credit card.
- You ordered a product which you are not eligable for (an upgrade when you do not have a registration for an earlier version, for example).
- You are purchasing an upgrade or add-on and we were unable to locate your previous registration.
- Your order requires us to verify the order with you before completing the transaction.
If we encounter a problem with your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible via e-mail. To resolve the issue, you can respond via e-mail, or contact us by phone at 1-800-37-PHOTO.
Return Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please call 1-800-37-PHOTO to speak with a Customer Service representative. If we are not able to resolve your problem, we may be able to offer a full refund on your purchase.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards online. If you are mailing your order, we also accept personal checks, business checks, cashier's checks and money orders.
