Processing Times
To ensure order accuracy and protect against fraud, Photodex has an actual human review each order. While this does add a slight delay in the delivery of your order, we feel that this step is necessary to protect our customers. Typically, orders placed during business hours are processed within a few minutes.Delivery Times
Electronic Delivery - Registration Keys
Registration keys are delivered via email to the address you provide on the order form. Orders placed during business hours (7 days a week, 8AM - 6PM CST) should be processed quickly. Orders placed after business hours may take until the following business day.
Physical Delivery - Boxes, Books and Discs
For orders that require physical delivery (boxes, discs, books, etc), please allow 7-14 days for delivery.
