Buy more and save! Choose to buy one class credit for $25 or a pack of classes to save money. Once you purchase a class credit it can be used towards any ProShow Class on the schedule.
We offer dozens of classes at various times during the week so you can be sure and find a class and a time that best suits your needs.
How to Use Class Credits
1 Class Credit = 1 Class
Once you purchase a class credit it can be used toward any ProShow Class. Here's how:
- Log in to your Photodex.com Account.
- Go to www.photodex.com/classes.
- Select which class you would like to attend.
- Once you log on to take the class, one class credit will be deducted from your account.
- Use additional class credits to attend more classes.
You don't have to decide which classes or times you want until you're ready to attend a class.

FAQ
- How do I sign up to take a class?
You can either purchase class credits online or call 1-800-37-PHOTO to purchase class credits by phone. We have representatives available 7 days a week to take your call. Once you've purchased a class credit, you can use that credit to attend any class you wish. Just go to www.photodex.com/classes within 30 minutes of when the class starts. Log into your Photodex.com account, and follow the instructions to attend a class.
- Do I need an internet connection to attend a ProShow Class?
Yes, we recommend at least a 100kbps connection. If you want to check your bandwidth, try this site: www.speedtest.net
- Once I sign up for a class, how do I participate?
After you have purchased course credits, you will want to log in to your Photodex.com account up to 30 minutes before the class begins. Go to www.photodex.com/classes. Click on this link and follow the on screen instructions.
- What if I pre-register for a class that I don't attend, will I lose one of my class credits?
Class credits are not deducted until you log into the class. So, even if you pre-register, if you never log in to the classroom you will not be deducted for the credit.
- Do I need speakers, headphones or a microphone to attend a class?
The audio portion of the class will be streaming via Internet Audio. It is necessary to have either headphones or speakers plugged into your computer so that you can hear the instructor. You do not need a microphone. Any microphone that is plugged in will automatically be muted in the classroom.
- What if I log into a class and cannot hear the audio or see no video?
If you are having technical difficulties during the class please call the iLinc technical support at 1-800-799-4510 and they should be able to assist you. We suggest you log in at least 20 minutes prior to the start of the class so that you have ample time to make sure everything is working.
- What if I have a question about what the instructor is doing during the class?
During the class there will be two Customer Service reps in the classroom to assist you if you have a question related to the class. If your first name begins with letters A-L please Private Message questions to "Customer Service A-L". If your first name begins with letters M-Z please Private Message questions to "Customer Service M-Z".
- Can I record the class?
No, classes cannot be recorded by attendees but a video recording of your class will be available to you about 24 business hours after the scheduled class.
- Can I sign up for a class and just watch the video later?
Yes. If you know you can't make the live session, simply sign up for the class and download the course materials. This will reflect on your account as 'you have taken the class'. Once the video is made available, you can visit your class history and watch the video.
- Is there a refund policy?
If you know you will be unable to attend the ProShow Class you signed up for, you can contact a Customer Support representative within 48 hours of the class for a full refund.
- What are the technical requirements for attending a ProShow Class?
Microsoft Windows 2000 SP4, XP SP2, 2003 R2 or Vista
- Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher OR Firefox 1.5 or higher
- Memory: 1 GB
- Available Disk Space: 15 MB
- Display: 1024 x 768 or higher with 16-bit color
- Half duplex sound card
- Headphones or speakers connected to your computer
- Recommended Processor Speed: 1.5 GHz or higher
- Bandwidth: At least 100 kbps (If you want to check your bandwidth try this site: www.speedtest.net )
- Firewall configured to allow voice and video on UDP 11730, HTTP 80 or HTTPS 443
