  1. Is there a discount if I sign up early?
    Yes. Register for the ProShow User Conference before July 16th and receive $100 off the cost of attending. After July 16th the cost of attending the ProShow User Conference goes up $100 to $499.

  2. Will there be classes for both Gold and Producer users?
    Yes there will be classes offered for both ProShow Gold and Producer users, ranging from Beginner to Advanced. See our class listing for current list of classes.

  3. Where should I stay?
    Photodex has reserved a room block at the Hilton Austin hotel. Please see the Location page for details on how to get discounted room rates.

  4. Is food and lodging included in the price?
    Food and lodging is not included in the price of the conference, although a discounted rate at the conference hotel is available. Please make reservations at the Hilton Hotel to secure your lodging for the conference.

  5. Are the classes hands-on workshops or lecture style?
    Classes will be offered as both hands-on workshops and lectures.

  6. Can I pre-register for specific classes?
    Classes will be seated on a first come-first serve basis, but we expect to offer multiple sessions of popular classes to allow everyone a chance to go.

  7. What are the dates of the ProShow Conference?
    The ProShow Conference is a three-day event that runs Saturday, August 16th through Monday, August18th, 2008.

  8. Where is the ProShow Conference?
    The ProShow Conference will be held in Austin, Texas at the Downtown Hilton Hotel.

  9. Can I choose which classes to take?
    Yes, you can pick and choose from dozens of classes to create your own unique course schedule. Most classes are repeated at least once so to help remove those hard scheduling choices, or give you a chance to repeat a class you really liked.

  10. When will the final class list be announced?
    The current class list is available on our Classes page. We will be tuning the final class list based on feedback from registered attendees. A final class list and schedule will be announced in advance of the event.

  11. What should I bring?
    We recommend that you bring a laptop and a mouse with a scroll wheel. This will allow you to follow along with the instructors for hands-on learning. All other course materials are provided. If you would like to bring your own slide shows to work on, feel free to do so.

  12. Can I plug in my laptop? Is there Internet provided?
    There will be plenty of power outlets available so that you can plug in your laptop. The hotel provides free wi-fi in the lobby, and hotel guests may purchase internet access in their rooms from the hotel.

  13. Will there be any one-on-one training or support?
    Yes. Photodex will have a number of people available to help with problems or assist you with questions about the software.

  14. Are Conference reservations refundable?
    Reservations cancelled before July 16, 2008 may be eligable for a refund.

  15. Can I bring my spouse or child?
    Families are certainly welcome at the hotel. However, classes will be limited to only those who have reserved a seat.
