If you would like to get materials for your group's next event, please contact Jerry Long, one month before the event. When sending an email we appreciate a little information about your group. Also, if you could include an estimate of how many members belong to your organization, we can make sure to send enough materials for the entire group.
User Group Eligibility
A user group is considered any assembly of people of two or more that meet in person regularly to discuss issues related to digital photography. To qualify, a user group would need to meet at least semiannually, although preferably on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. Groups that meet less than twice a year will be considered for user group status on a case by case basis. These meetings must be attended physically and do not usually include internet based forums or conferences. Any exceptions to this rule are again handled on a case by case basis. Any groups that do not meet these criteria are still encouraged to discuss the matter.
