Photodex® Announces the 2010 ProShow® User Conference and Training Event in Austin, Texas

Photodex is hosting the second, three-day user conference and training event on October 25-27, 2010 in Austin, Texas.

Austin, TX, January 6, 2010 - Photodex Corporation has announced the second national ProShow Conference, to be held in Austin, Texas on October 25-27, 2010. The three-day conference is the only event of its kind, focusing on the art and technique of creating slide shows. Attendees can gain expertise in using Photodex's popular ProShow software while learning to create presentations that impress audiences and stir the emotions.

"The first national ProShow Conference, from 2008, was a huge success and we're looking forward to an even better event this year. The Conference provides a unique environment where attendees not only learn ProShow from the experts but have time to network and share ideas with each other. It's a really fun 3 days!" said Paul Schmidt, President and Founder of Photodex Corporation.

The ProShow Conference will feature dozens of classes taught by ProShow experts and special guest speakers. Classes are taught workshop-style, allowing attendees to work along with the instructors. Attendees can pick and choose classes to create their own tailored conference schedules. The 2010 Conference will focus on ProShow Producer features and techniques including slide show fundamentals, composition, output, advanced creative effects and business-oriented features. A full class listing will be available on the Photodex website in the coming months.

This year's conference is being held at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center, a brand-new state-of-the-art facility that opened its doors just last year. The Center is located in the heart of Austin with easy access to downtown, the State Capitol, and all the other lively options the city and The University of Texas at Austin provide. The Center features a full service hotel, multiple restaurants, and other amenities on-site. Lodging discounts are available for conference attendees.

Pricing and Availability
Registrations for the ProShow Conference can be purchased through the Photodex website or by calling 1-800-37-PHOTO. Full conference passes are $399 per attendee. Attendees can save up to $200 by purchasing multiple passes at once.
